Return Policy

Fanprobe offers a 60-day return window. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Have been purchased directly from Fanprobe or an approved vendor

  • Be within 60 days of your original purchase date

To start a return request, have your order number ready. Our team is here to help every step of the way.

Replacement Policy

We also offer replacements within 60 days of purchase. Your item may qualify for a replacement if:

  • It was purchased from Fanprobe.com or an authorized distributor

  • It arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The purchase was made within the last 60 days
