Limited Product Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Effective Date: 01/10/2025

1. Coverage

Fanprobe LLC (“Fanprobe”) warrants that all Fanprobe products (the “Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) by the original end-user purchaser.

If a Product is found to be defective during the Warranty Period, Fanprobe will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts,

  • Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value, or

  • Refund the original purchase price of the Product.

2. Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, accident, or unauthorized modification.

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, discoloration).

  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or guidelines.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

  • Products used for purposes other than their intended use.

3. How to Make a Claim

To obtain warranty service:

  1. Contact Fanprobe at contact@fanprobe.com with the following information:

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation),

    • A detailed description of the defect, and

    • Photographs or other evidence of the issue (if applicable).

  2. If your claim is approved, Fanprobe will provide instructions for returning the Product (at your expense) to an authorized service center or to Fanprobe directly.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Replacement Products or parts assume the remaining Warranty Period of the original Product or 90 days, whichever is longer.

  • Fanprobe’s liability under this Limited Warranty is strictly limited to the options outlined above.

  • Fanprobe is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.

5. Transferability

This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser.

6. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
